Maintain accurate and updated records of the companies’ payments and suppliers accounts, proper recording, and initiation of payments through the banking system, reconciliation of all related accounts payables transactions
- Check the accuracy of invoices and its supporting documents, amount on the prepared cheque vouchers.
- Prepares a routine journal entry for rectifications and reclassifications.
- Assists external auditors concerning interim and year end audits.
- Entering and uploading invoices and Check Vouchers into the AP system
- Prepare journal summaries to assure bank accounts reconciliation with the entries.
- Maintain and assist concerned parties concerning accounting and auditing purposes
- Reconciles monthly reports of Advances paid to suppliers, for collage and Construction.
- Attend to Suppliers queries and reconcile their accounts and arrange payments to their invoices which already due.
- Attending to Audit queries for which relevant documents are required or to correct some computations to facilitate payment.
- Reconciling accounts payables transactions, including bank statements
- Initiating payments through bank postal for final approval
- Preparation of supporting schedule related to staff deductions and payments.
- Maintaining payable aging report.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s in accounting,
Professional
Specialized Knowledge:
Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA)
Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level
Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic
Experience: At least 0-3 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance related field of work.
- Excellent English language & Communication skills
- Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
