Responsible for checking and verification of payments (staff or suppliers), checking and verification of cash on hand and any cash transactions, preparation of audit-related schedules and report such as: audit findings and queries.

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.

  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

  • Monitor inventory levels and plan procurement to meet company needs.

  • Analyze market trends and pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.

  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements.

  • Resolve supplier issues, including delays, quality problems, or disputes.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Purchasing/Procurement related field of work.

  • Excellent knowledge of English & Arabic

  • Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level

  • Public speaking and presentation skills

  • Excellent English language & Communication skills 
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
