- Achieve strategic goals related to quality and academic accreditation and monitor implementation.
- Conduct annual evaluations of the strategic plan.
- Qualify for institutional and program accreditation and coordinate with accrediting bodies.
- Promote a culture of quality among college members.
- Provide training on quality improvement procedures.
- Act as a core reference for quality assurance.
