Activities
- Organize alumni data in one file.
- Build networking opportunities for alums and students through the alumni website and annual events.
- Support the alum mentor program.
- Prepare monthly reports on alum activity and maintain records of all alum transactions.
- Provide accurate employment information and report updates on alum career lifestyle.
- Maintain the Alumni information display case, newsletter/website, and departmental forms
- Develop an effective Alumni Association and promote participation and goodwill.
- Organize and implement graduation ceremonies, portfolio shows, and other events to promote continued contact with graduates.
- Represent the department and the College at sponsored events.
- Support the career services team environment to achieve goals and targets.
- Directing customer inquiries to the appropriate career services team members is necessary.
- Guide graduates toward the demands and needs of the labor market.
- Prepare needed information and content for the alum website.
- Ensure all college policies and guidelines are followed.
- Assess alum career progress and coordinate alum events.
