Participates in the process of establishing a premiere College of Nursing and Allied MADECIAL Sciences of international caliber, thus ensuring an international standard of excellence in nursing education within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1. Contributes to the teaching, learning facilitation, classroom supervision and clinical supervision of students in areas of practice related to the faculty member’s area of expertise.
2. Contributes to the planning, delivery and evaluation of nursing educational programs.
3. Provides advice on studies to allocated students.
4. Supervises students research if appropriately qualified.
5. Follows all College of Nursing policies and guidelines in accordance with the Mohammad Al-Mana College for MADECIAL Sciences Mission, Vision and Values.
6. Undertakes administrative duties as specified.
7. Participates in Mohammad Al-Mana College of Nursing quality improvement initiatives as required.
8. Participates in the corporate activities of the faculty and staff group within and outside Mohammad Al-Mana College for MADECIAL Sciences.
9. Ensures own professional development.
10. Perform other related skills and duties within the scope of the knowledge, skills and experience required for the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
11. Attending relevant meetings in pursuit of the coordination of college educational activities.
PhD degree in Maternity Nursing , Critical care Nursing
least 2 experience years in university teaching.
1. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
2. Computer literate and knowledgeable of internet uses.
3. Experience in a multicultural environment is an asset.
4. Ability to present material clearly and coherently on a given topic using appropriate media, audiovisual aids and tailoring the presentation to the relevant audience.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Evidence of ability to lead a team to achievement of set objectives.
7. Ability to relate appropriately to internal and external colleagues in various settings
